In democracy a person will get respect if he behaves correct and show others respect. In a dictatorship respect goes together with power. Dictatorships are based on the illusion of the survival of the fittest. Who is the strongest? The one everyone fears. In a dictatorship the dictator is the most respected and at the same time the most feared individual.
Terrorist leaders have infantile personality and are born in dictatorships. The root cause for them to become terrorist leaders is that in their society they are the fittest. The problem is that the dictator protects himself with a security apparatus that is extremly difficult to permeate. Actually you could say that its not the fittest that is in control of society, but rather a combination of strong and paranoid. I've claimed that respect is an extremly important currency for people with infantile personality. In the society where terrorist leaders grow up the most respected is also the most feared individual.
A terrorist leader wants respect from everyone since he is the fittest. The one who is respected also have power. The way to get respect is of course to create fear for his own person through terrorism. If the terrorist leader manage to create fear he also has power and influence in society.
The reason the above said is true is because a person with infantile personality defines the fittest as the one who can manipulate all the others. The master manipulater is the fittest.
Psychologically what need to be done is to make the terrorist leader aware of his problem and cure him at the same time. His problem is a grandiose self-worth, which makes him believe that he deserves respect. In this world there is no respect for him or his behaviour. We don't fear him. He is a nuisance. We will give him the opposite of what he is asking in order to make him aware of reality. Lets ridicule the fucker until he makes a mistake or goes into hiding, which is not likely to happen. He will terrorize us as long as he is free, so lets provoke the fucker by ridiculing him until he is caught. That's what this world got to offer terrorist leaders. Ridicule. Hopefully this will deter future presumptive candidates from going down this road.
Public humiliation is the most effective cure for grandiose self-worth.
Islam and its holy book the Koran is using a somewhat simplified view of the world. It talks about believers and infidels. This way of viewing the world is very much inline with how people with infantile personality views the world. If a terrorist is approaching someone with the purpose of looking for a potential recruite they can use this view of people as believers or infidels to see how the victim responds to the idea of a black and white world like that. From this we understand that it's not Islam that are attacking us but rather it's being used as a tool for finding people that subscribe to a black and white world. Finally the koran can be used to motivate people to become suicide bombers by promising heaven and holy war. I would guess Islam somehow need to down play the importance of the idea of believers and infidels in order to assist in preventing terrorism.
