HOW TO BOX ZXMATRIX

The box used is 39x56x85mm in size.
Hammond 1591LBK

I'm going into more details like measures ect.
(as complete as I can)

ZXMATRIX box label template

Printed size should be about 81x52mm, I used 28% scale on print out.

Red arrows pointing to plastic needed to be cut.
As on picture, don't over do it.

CF slot: If eject frame is mounted 49mm, without 44mm.
(yellow dot shows where eject button is placed)

If you put the holes for this two (RST,NMI) buttons
somewhere else then my (if I do) future expansion
probably won't fit.

This is for 2 switches, upload & U/C (USB / CF) mode.
U/C is not nessasary, then change 16mm to 10mm (one switch).

Corners in the round holes are made with a knife to make
switches fit, then all glued. I use marine silicon.

Make sure the buttons is max 1mm over surface.

First solder wires and re-check that it sits firmly,
and then glue over them and a bit down on the wires.

Cut open CF slot as on picture, only if you have the
eject frame mounted.

Cut as on picture, this is to make room for the edge
connector pins.

Remove gently the plastic surrounding on the connector
and cut pins to about 6mm height.

Solder in UPL /RST / NMI wires, don't make the wires too short.

Picture actually showing DB (debug wires) connected, this is
Garry's developer version I'm building.(wired to the second switch)

Inserting interface, there is no room for the interface
to angel that's why the cut in plastic needed.

All mounted, just put on the bottom with the cut out on the
edge side of the box.

Front cover glued, don't glue too near the buttons, use
paper glue so it's easy to rip off for a remake ect.
