Since 1993 my wife Inger and I live on the west coast of southern Sweden, close to Ängelholm.

Our three grown-up children live not far from here: Maria with husband Leif and their two sons Isak and Emanuel have their home in Falkenberg. Both Johannes and his brother Daniel live in Malmö.

1935 I was born in Möckern, near Magdeburg (Germany), took my matric at the Ratsgymnasium Minden, studied at the universities of Marburg (Lahn), Reykjavik (Iceland) and Uppsala (Sweden) - and hold an M.A. (Uppsala) and M.Th. (Uppsala), worked as a teacher in Swedish Lappland, 10 years as a missionary in South Africa and the last 20 years, until my retirement, as a priest in the Church of Sweden.
